Ik zet mij daarbij in voor een inclusieve samenleving waarin elk mens volwaardig kan participeren.\u00a0<br \/>Als adviseur of projectmanager help ik organisaties om van <strong><em>visie naar actie<\/em><\/strong> te komen.<br \/>Het betreft zowel gemeenten, zorg- en welzijnorganisaties, netwerkorganisaties, onderwijsinstellingen, woningcorporaties, inwonerplatforms. Ze hebben te maken met nieuw overheidsbeleid, marktwerking of maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen. Daarnaast is er vaak sprake van een innovatiebehoefte.<\/p>\n<p>Mijn werkstijl kenmerkt zich door, vanuit een verbindende rol, in co-creatie te ontwikkelen en te borgen. <br \/>Mijn vertrekpunt is altijd het leven van mensen, midden in de samenleving.
